Our Responsible Gambling Tools
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Account Settings → Responsible Gambling. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Session Time Limits
Set maximum session duration. When the timer expires, you'll receive a notification and the option to extend or end the session. Reality-check alerts can be set at 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute intervals.
Self-Exclusion
Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months. For permanent self-exclusion, contact support — applied within 24 hours with no option for reversal.
Loss Limits
Set maximum loss amounts per session, day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, real money games are inaccessible for that period. Loss limits take effect immediately when reduced.
